Do you accept insurance coverage?
Each insurance plan is unique. Be sure to check with your insurance provider to confirm eligibility regarding the amount and requirements of your counselling coverage. Direct billing with Blue Cross is available.
What methods of payment do you take?
At present we accept cash, cheque, or e-transfer as methods of payment. A receipt is always provided.
How many counselling sessions will I need?
This can vary from client to client, however, many clients experience positive, effective, long-lasting change within 8–10 sessions. That being said, your counsellor will work with you as long as you need and are continuing to benefit from the counselling sessions.
Are evening or weekend appointments available?
Sessions are scheduled by appointment only. Office hours are Monday through Friday, with evening options available.
