Lindsey is a Master’s of Arts in Counselling Psychology graduate from Yorkville University in Fredericton, New Brunswick. Lindsey is a Canadian Certified Counsellor and Licensed Counselling Therapist - Candidate with the College of Counselling Therapists of New Brunswick.

Lindsey works with adults and teenagers (grade 9 and above) who are dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, self-esteem, coping skills, spirituality, major life transitions, stress and burnout.

Lindsey also provides grief counselling, by caring and providing informed support to youth, and adults who have someone close to them who has been diagnosed with a serious or terminal illness and youth and adults who have experienced a death.
